From the start I never felt pressured by Tyrone! He was very professional and extremely helpful about every step of the way. Rarely do I deal with sales people that are not pushy about the sale. Normally, I can tell when a person just wants to sell me a car to make a commission, and that's it. This was not the case with this dealership and with Tyrone. I had a wonderful experience with Northwest and specifically Andy Sandles. I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and had minimal time to spend at the dealer. Andy help us iron out most of the details through email from the specific car and options to the price. Once at the dealer, we had a fun and educational test-drive thanks to Andy and a really positive friendly no-hassle experience with everyone.
