I was thrilled when I received the phone call from Karen stating the vehicle that I had been looking for all winter was available. We set up an appointment for Monday and I couldn't have been happier on my drive all the way from Chesapeake VA. My husband and I had an exceptionally pleasant experience at your dealership. While walking the parking lot on Saturday February 7th, we were approached by salesman Frank DiBlasi who was very personable. This is my 2nd purchase from Northwest BMW; and the best experience I have ever had. Everything was seamless, easy, and comfortable; not to mention the best deal on the most amazing vehicle I have ever had! I didn't even know a car like this existed; and all I needed to do was go to Northwest at the end of my lease to find out. Rick Buckley and the entire staff were very accommodating; and made a tough situation for me much easier. We had a great experience, everything was explained to us as we went through the various options. There was no pressure and and Frank explained each of the options and made recommendations. I would highly recommend Northwest BMW.
I really enjoyed working with Darniell (hope I spelled it correctly. He never hounded me but worked until he sold me my new X1! He was a joy to work with and I will recommend him to anyone looking for a car.
Great attitude and very knowledgeable people. Angel and Kenny were very nice to talk and walked me thru many options and very professional. I went to couple other dealers in DC and Baltimore area and I think NW BMW is best of when it comes to car buying experience.

All our lives, our family always drove Mercedes Benz. And I always said that Mercedes Benz was second to none.
