Mr Bryant was welcoming, patient and HONEST. If he were not a determined salesman I would not have left a happy customer. I had issues with my credit report revealing false information. Mr Bryant took the time to ask me about this issue, and then gave me an opportunity to provide documentation of truth. I came into the dealership expecting to drive away in a used vehicle. The staff at Northwest were very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I never felt pressured to purchase my vehicle and they were very willing to answer any questions I had about the car.
I HONESTLY DID NOT COME THAT DAY TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. JAY REALLY WORKED WITH ME TO FIND THE ONE THAT BEST SUITED ME. HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE IN MAKING THAT DECISION.
