My experience at Northwest BMW was absolutely amazing. Angel was very responsive, knowledgeable and willing to work with me on all of my needs. I would highly recommend this dealership and the entire staff here! Bob Harris processed my final paperwork and he was great! Super informative, made sure I knew exactly what I was signing every step of the way and my boyfriend was even able to compare notes on old school cars for a bit :) WONDERFUL experience overall!
I purchased a pre certified BMW from Angel at Northwest BMW. I pretty much made the deal over the phone as well as got a price for my trade, sight unseen!!! We drove 3 hours from Pa to Md to get this car, feeling confident that a high end dealership like Northwest BMW, I would only deal with the cleanest and best trade. I am a very picky buyer and was not disappointed. We love our new addition and would buy from Angel at Northwest again!

Zero pressure sale... couldn't have been any more helpful of friendly throughout the process (even when I had him clean the snow off of a car so I could listen to the it's sound system). Thank you Angel and George for a great no-hassle deal. This was my 5th Northwest vehicle... won't be my last.
I worked with Thuan for my purchase of new BMW X3. He is very responsive to any inquiry and very patient with our entire decision making process. He searched extensively to find our match. We ordered the car before the holiday. Because the holiday season, the delivery system from the mansufactuer was a little bit out of order. In order to meet our needs, he again searched within the network and was able to magically locate the matching car. We had extremely positive experience working with Thuan.
