We had a very positive experience at Northwest BMW. Angel Casas and Kenny Hobbs were both very helpful and knowledgeable. We chose our car through USAA and received a good purchase price and great car. Angel and Kenny were patient with our intensive research to find the right vehicle for our needs. We dealt with a number of other staff for various needs and all were pleasant and helpful.
The service was good however Tyrone was juggling between me and another customer which added some wait time during my visit. He was friendly and discussed all the options with patience and professionalism.
I put off trading my car mainly because of the time it takes at the dealership. But OMG- I was out within 2 hours! Rick and the rest of the staff made things so quick and easy. And I loved their sense of humor. Thanks Rick!!
The entire North West BMW team was very professional and friendly. The process was quick, predictable, the staff was very knowledgeable. Very professional from the very beginning. Extremely knowledgeable about the car. Helped me pick the right car for my wife. Very impressed with the service and the pricing of the car was excellent. Upon my arrival at Northwest BMW, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile! I told the representative want I was looking for, make, model and he showed me what was available and also made some recommendations. John Kim at Northwest BMW was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to me in purchasing my first BMW Convertible. All of the employees that I was introduced to were helpful in all the questions that I had concerns about. Angel Casas was very professional, polite, and attentative. He explained every step in the buying process. Customer service was his top priority and I was very happy with his overall salesmanship. He found me the car I was interested in and contacted me right away. He was upfront and honest throughout the entire ordeal. I would recommend Mr. Casas to my family/friends.
