Rick was awesome as usual! This is my third BMW that I have bought from Rick at Northwest and he has always went out of his way to get me into a car I love. I highly recommend Rick Buckley at Northwest if you are looking for a new BMW you won’t be disappointed. The rest of the staff is very accommodating as well, from Joy Chilcoat to Bob Harris they made my car buying experience as smooth as you could imagine.
Kenny provided exemplary customer service. Since we established the baseline deal via an internet inquiry all I really had to do was to show up at the dealership and meet Kenny to close the deal. Kenny was courteous, stood by the deal and assured us the car would be in in the next couple of days... Everything worked.. no surprises and a great buying experience.
I can't say enough about Melvin Bey. We recently purchased a replacement BMW X3 from Northwest BMW for our old X3, which was totaled in an accident. Melvin was instrumental in helping my fiance and I purchase what is clearly a superior replacement vehicle. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ken. His first impression was a 10. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was very comfortable with Ken. My intentions was not to purchase that day but after spending hours with ken he made me feel at ease. He was very attentive and worked with me to get the best possible payment. Bob and Joy was also wonderful to work with.
