So easy, no high pressure, very professional All interactions were positive. I needed a quick replacement for my 1998 Volvo S70, and had a BMW X1 on my mind. They had a nice 2016 model available, certified (so I got benefit of keeping the warranty through the original end date). Rich: great financing options, no high pressure for the options. Michelle: highly professional, personable, well informed regarding the product and service, no high pressure. I am very satisfied.
