I came in with car rattle issues on my brand new Mazda 3 2019. I took the car back to Mazda of Evanston 4 times to get the problem solved and nothing. They claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem 4 times despite me showing it to them, and sent me on my way. Great & Kind Service "Kind" is not a word you often hear with regard to automotive service, but the folks at Anderson BMW are just kind... nice people who listen, solve problems and communicate effectively. Oh, and they do a great job with the car, too!

Great, personable and professional Jordan helped me out and-- being someone in sales myself, for almost 15 years-- I can tell you confidently that he is a genuine service-first salesperson. He was professional and courteous and took time to consider my needs and budget in a way that balances out the businesses needs and goals. New BMW X6 This one was a hard one to find and Michelle and Leah and Dan worked hard to put me in this SAV. I had to have certain options and BMW of Crystal Lake had it so, I was in the area and came by to check it out but had to get back home. So once I got home I called back and we put the deal together! TURNING AN UGLY SITUATION INTO A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE A week ago I was a very angry BMW owner. I had purchased two BMW's from Anderson in the past.
