I waited for the service to be completed instead of taking the shuttle. Nice coffee options. Free WiFi. Comfortable chairs. What is there not to like?
All went well given that we simply walked in. George was great multitasking to serve multiple customers. It was a holiday so people were shopping. My online selection was still available and car was ready for drive. It did take 4 hours to make the purchase. Some confusion at BMW Financial regarding used versus old vehicles but Kevin Rock worked hard and was persistent in making it right.

It seemed like it took longer. I did asked them not to wash my car (because it was just washed this morning) and they did which took even longer.
