Absolutely amazing service!! Brad at Palm Springs BMW in the Internet/fleet department is a cut above the rest. He’s easy, quick, thorough, and no haggle/hassle. He’s very straightforward and honest and nothing changes in the deal in the way of numbers. It is what it is. We are so grateful for him and we hope he always stays there! I had a great experience at BMW of Palm Springs! I felt welcomed immediately and did not feel "pushed" throughout the whole process. Aldo did a fantastic job with helping me find my car. The rest of the employees I interacted with were pleasant and seemed to truly care. They were willing to work out a deal and I got myself a Christmas present :)

Everyone was nice, honest, and professional. I bought a used vehicle and Michael Pope was my agent. He answered all of my questions and never pressured me once. He made me feel totally comfortable and if I purchase another BMW again he will be the first person I talk to.
This is my 2nd vehicle that I’ve purchased from an Indigo dealership, and both experiences, including all service experiences with my first have been outstanding! Great people, great vehicles, professionalism throughout this organization!

Awesome service. Stan And the team took great care of me while my car was being serviced. I got a sweet loaner to cruise Palm Springs and had the best day. I don’t drive very often, but I sure enjoyed this little car. BMW even washed my car. Everything should be this good. Thank you Stan.
