Stan is amazing. It was nice to be treated like my time mattered. Went in for the airbag recall replacement and was treated very well. We were given a loaner car and had a few hours to ourself in beautiful Palm Springs. Stan did not want us to be inconvenienced at all and we were not. His customer service skills are top notch. We had a great experience. Thank you Stan. You guys are great. They even washed my car. Nice.

I had a strange intermittent issue with my BMW 330. They listened, questioned and then went searching. So far the issue has not been resolved, but with the help of the GM, Service Mgr and Sales, I hope it will be.

Greeted upon arrival, service agent had my car into the mechanic in minutes. Car was washed and returned clean. The service record was addressed and future issues addressed. Great service and friendly staff. Sandra, is also on top of her customers vehicle service with updates. Great job.

The service department took care of all my concerns and returned my car repaired and clean. The service representative was outstanding in matters of communicating with me and taking care of my car’s problems.
I took in my brand new 330i due to a noise the driver door was making. They went ahead and gave me a loner car while they checked out my car and kept it until they found the problem. Andrew my service advisor was very professional & polite and made sure everything was fixed and good to go. I didn't think they were going to fix the problem due to bad experience with my previous dealership & they proved me wrong. The problem was 100% fixed and I'm very content with the outcome.
