Servicing an 12 year old BMW 330i. Representative was patient explaining computer diagnosis. All employees friendly as far as making customer feel welcome and comfortable.

Came in to get parts for my vehicle, get my window fixed and an airbag looked at in the Service Department. Great customer service starting from the parts department with JoJo and Freddy. Vehicle repair and service was explained very well by Bryan. Theres a young lady in the glass office that was very nice, she walked by and noticed I was waiting and my vehicle was ready. My service advisor Brain was professional, friendly, and courteous. They dealership serviced my vehicle in a day. The service was affordable. And by the end of the day , my vehicle was ready. Brian went over the paperwork in detail. I would definitely drive and spend a couple days in Palm Spring to have have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Great job

I came in without an appointment due to my battery needing to be replaced. My regular service person Chris (who is always great to deal with) was out to lunch, so Andrew jumped right in and took great care of my car needs.

They were honest and kept me updated. Brian went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly, provided me with insight, was able to answer all of my questions, and was understanding. In addition, I didn't have to go without a vehicle and was given a loaner car until the work on my vehicle was completed. I was worried about the friendliness of a BMW dealership, but those worries were put to a rest when I arrived. Everyone from the shuttle driver, who was a former high school student at my school to Brian!! Thank you!!
