The staff, especially my service rep Andrew Perez, was very professional and helpful. Andrew made sure everything my car needed was done and he kept me informed throught the process.
My first experience at the service department here was very positive (Bryan) and I plan to bring my car here in the future. I used the online scheduling tool, received a confirmation email and they were ready for me when I showed up. Due to my location they provided shuttle service both directions. There was no up selling attempt for services not needed and everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. You’ll pay dealership pricing but can trust your car is in good hands.
Service rep professional and courteous. Explained service scheduled. When completed, she described the details of the work that was done and pointed out the need for new tires.
