Quick oil change, Saturday service. Made appointment that same week. I waited in the waiting area while the team worked on my car, it was a short wait.

Andrew Perez took immediate action to handle my dead battery that was charged temporarily by AAA. Received a new battery and had no down time. Great response from BMW service
The staff, especially my service rep Andrew Perez, was very professional and helpful. Andrew made sure everything my car needed was done and he kept me informed throught the process.
My first experience at the service department here was very positive (Bryan) and I plan to bring my car here in the future. I used the online scheduling tool, received a confirmation email and they were ready for me when I showed up. Due to my location they provided shuttle service both directions. There was no up selling attempt for services not needed and everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. You’ll pay dealership pricing but can trust your car is in good hands.
