Michael Pope sold me our BMW in November 2013. Since that time he always takes my calls and does what he can to facilitate my questions. I recently asked him about bringing in my car for it's annual service and he set it all up for me with Amy. I drove from Orange County to Palm Springs to get it serviced because they really seem to care and always give me personalized service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I live in Texas, and located their certified car on Auto Trader. Spoke to George Salinas on the phone. We then communicated and executed the transaction mostly by email and text. Very efficient, the car went on a transport yesterday. George is pleasant and professional.
