I'm newly back to the area for work and looking to order an M6 Gran Coupe. Walked into the showroom, which is literally crawling with staff, fully inspected and sat in no less than 4 6-series over the course of maybe 15 minutes, then began looking at a coupe outside. Lease expired, went to this dealer to drop off the car --- asked to look at & test drove a 5-Series. After i mentioned i was comparing the car to a Hyundai Genesis, everyone gave me the cold shoulder & walked away like a bomb went off. I wasn't surprised to see that no one from BMW bothered to follow up with me on the price of a new lease .... thanks to them, I am now the proud lessor of a 2016 Genesis for $ 430/month w/$ 1K down, fully loaded (not nickel & dimed for every little option as you find on BMW's). My Review? My opinion? Save your sanity, dignity and your money and keep on driving to Mercedes ... This BMW dealership is really the worst car dealership I have ever used! Truly a terrible experience. Qualities? Arrogance, indifference and inefficiency come to mind... My personal suggestion to you is to save your nerves and keep driving on!
This dealership lied even about ownership and connection to another BMW dealership (and a Lexus dealership!!). I believe a ton of positive online reviews are phony. If you search enough you will find the bad reviews. Also check BBB..they show the number of complaints! The sales manager sat across from me and wasn't honest the entire 3 hours. Good evening my friends, I was in negotaitions with vista on a 2014 328i m sport and decided to check out bmw fort lauderdale.When I called I got ralph in new car sales , corner desk , orange shirt. I was involved in an accident 2 weeks ago. BMW wanted $1400.00 plus tax for the job. My car sat for two weeks and the communication was non-existent. I ended up getting my car towed out of there. I took my car on a Thursday to German Autos in Pompano Beach. I had my car repaired for $351.00 and got it back the next day by 6:00 pm. This dealership is pure sleaze when it comes to new car sales. My salesman was a nice guy, would recommend him, but he is bound by their procedures. Total game playing and lack of direct dealing. It's all about ripping off the customer. To make it worse, they force you to sit with a finance guy who tries to upsell you on a host of ridiculous packages--environmental package where they wax your car for you for hundreds of dollars? I took my car in for service and the customer service I received was horrible! While the work done on the car was adequate, the means to an end was certainly no walk in the park. I had to argue with the service advisor telling him exactly what the issue was repeatedly. I will never take my car back to this place. If BMW reads this, I hope they put a close eye on this dealer. One of the worst I have ever dealt with!
Frank Duran was my sales rep and he was great. My complaints have nothing to do with Frank. This is the 3rd 750li that I have bought from Lauderdale Imports. The day after I bought the car the check light came on for "low wiper fluid', then the day after that the "low oil" indicator light said it was low and to go to your nearest service center.
