I was very pleased with my experience at Lauderdale BMW. Because of the service and customer care I receive, I purchased my second BMW from Lauderdale BMW in Ft. Lauderdale. It's nice to finally deal with a fair and honest dealership.
I've worked with Maximo Cabrera for a couple of years now. He has exceeded my service expectations in every way, shape, and form. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. I truly feel well taken care of, every time I go to the dealership.
Scott is one of the most friendly and efficent service advisors we have ever dealt with. We lease 3-4 bmw vehicles and he has always gone out of his way to do more than enought to satisfy his customers... My wife and daughter love going to see him for service. I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I came here intending to trade in my car to get a newer car. I received assisting from a salesman named Leo Cifuentes. Leo was very helpful with assisting me with a new purchase. He was very well knowledge about all the different models and styles that I asked about. Two of thier employees really deserve great praise. Starting first in the service department, I have been using David Williams as my Service Advisor for more than 10 years. Mr. Ruiz made our experience enjoyable and easy. This is my third BMW purchase/lease and definitely the most memorable.
