"TOTAL RIP OFF!!! " DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! We took our BMW to find out if they could diagnose a problem we were having with our BMW. After about a week, we never heard from anyone about any updates. So, my husband called and was told that we needed a transmission that would cost about $9000. Then was told he only owed $180 for the diagnostic check that was done. I just move to GA and had my first and last experience with the service department. After waiting 4 hours for work that should have taken only 2, I had to turn around and return to the dealership for another 45 minute wait to correct the issue that wasn’t completed the first time. Will not be returning.
Spent a weekend test driving cars all over Athens and Atlanta. Told them upfront that I wasn't ready to purchase and they were very respectful of that position. Never pressured me to change my mind - didn't try to force me to talk numbers, didn't repeatedly ask me what it would take for me to drive away with a car that day, didn't make fun of the clunker I drove in on, didn't repeatedly call me at work.
