"Service worthy of a BMW" After suffering a tire blowout on the interstate, my vehicle was towed to Passport BMW. I called the service department to alert them that my car would be towed in. Surprisingly, I was met at the door by my service advisor, Jeanette, who treated me like I was the "most important" BMW customer in her day. "Great Customer Service!" This is the second car I have bought at Passport BMW. Both times I have received excellent customer service. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. As long as I purchase a BMW, I will be buying my cars from Passport.
