Purchased our 3rd car (03 M3 Coupe) this month and had a wonderful experience with our client advisor, Joe Prado. Would certainly recommend. One downside is a longer than average wait if you wish to custom order an 'in demand' car such as an ///M series. I had to wait approx 1 year.

Insulted. Useless sales person, showed me a dirty $150k M8, without the keys available, then refused to allow a test drive. Since I drove to the dealership in Porsche 911 Turbo, clearly a qualified customer. As a owner of numerous luxury cars will continue to take my business to dealers who know how to look after me.

Ask for Mason! I had offers from 3 other BMW dealers before I was emailed by Crevier. Showed up to the dealer, had a bigger inventory than the other 3 dealers, and was given a much better deal to walk away with a new BMW. Great job Mason, that’s how you steal customers. No bs at all

"Service of my vehicle was fine - dealership provided the..." Service of my vehicle was fine - dealership provided the vehicle on time and completed all of the service items as defined. This that caused concern relates to the loaner car process. After completing the paperwork process with the Loaner desk I waited with other customers to be called. "Horrible service Took 1.5 hours of waiting to pick up my..." Horrible service Took 1.5 hours of waiting to pick up my car after repair because they were missing several employees 90 min of wasting my time I would NOT recommend !!

It seems like these sales people only think about making money without giving any professional service to the customers. There are many other dealership like fletcher Jones, bmw of Buena Park or any other bmw dealership that can treat you like a customers! Be Careful!

I had reached out to my local dealer Southbay BMW and it was a horrific experience was quoted an unreasonable price the manager was unwilling to work with me and so within a few days later I bought a car over the phone from an Internet sales person who did a fantastic job at Crevier it was no haggling there was no arguing I was pretty much cut and dry and I found them to be extremely fair
