Marlene Tapie is so wonderful to work with! I have purchased 3 cars from Marlene (2 new and 1 used) and each experience has been great. Marlene makes the car buying experience so easy and is extremely service oriented. She goes above and beyond to find just the right car and the right situation. I will only go to Marlene for all future car purchases (BMW or otherwise). I have referred friends, coworkers and clients to Marlene, and all have loved her!

Marlene was referred to me by a good friend who had purchased a new BMW from her at Crevier and was highly pleased with the experience. Soon after the referral I contacted Marlene and also purchased a new BMW. Over all a very pleasant visit and smooth and seamless transaction. Eric was outstanding, answered all my questions, very honest and upfront. Went to the dealership hoping to get the car i wanted and a good deal but ended up getting even a better deal. I highly recommend CREVIER BMW and ask for ERIC GROMBACHER. Will do business with them again hopefully in the near future.

Marlene Tapie is the only person I will ever go to for my cars! She considers all matters and needs and will put you comfortably in a new or used vehicle of your liking. Eric did a great job on follow up, negotiating and delivery of our new 335IS. It is the second vehicle we have purchased from him. I have purchased vehicles from Crevier and had my car's serviced there since 1988. They always do a great job. Highly recommended!

I'm now on my third car from Frank, so I think that speaks for itself. Before then my cars were from Irvine BMW. A few years ago when it came time to get a new car I went to both Irvine & Crevier. Eric made the process painless and even enjoyable. We were in the market for a SUV since my wife is pregnant with our second child and Eric was able to provide us with everything we needed and even more. He showed us the benefits of a 3rd row, power liftgate, and safety features that are important with young children. I would highly recommend Eric Grombacher when looking for a car or SUV.
