After visiting more than seven (7) dealerships including two other BMW dealers, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, and Acura, we narrowed our decision on quality, ride, performance. dealer service and value for the price. I was pleasantly overwhelmed by today’s sales experience with your sales person Stephan! I’d read some very interesting reviews about the new 335d, and walked in and asked the receptionist for the “diesel sales expert”, both she and a passing sales person both said “that would be Stephan” ~ and they correct! Crevier BMW did a great job when I had my car towed to the service department due to it overheating. I have had my BMW for 4 years and it has never had any major problem. Every time I have it at Crevier they always figure out the problem, fix it, and send me on my way! Thanks to your service department I still have my BMW and when I am in the market for a new car, I will definitely bring the favor to Crevier BMW. We have bought two cars here. Largely due to service and attention from sales team provided. They understood what we were interested in an only contacted us when something came in suitable for our needs. So we bought it our third vehicle from Crevier BMW. First BMW and all I can say is thank you to Shawn. What an amazing job that was done. The process was smooth I filled out some paperwork, went on a test drive. Came back and she was ready for me to tell her yes, and off to finance I went. The finance dept. was great they explained everything to me, made sure I was up to speed with the process, and then they delivered my new BMW. I haven’t bought a car in 8 years, but all I can say is it went smooth for me.
I have a business with 7 business owned vehicles and they are all purchased from Crevier.. This is the best dealership I've ever dealt with from sales to service they truly are top notch. I suggest this dealership to anyone in the Orange County Area whether for a new car purchase or vehicle service as they have a HUGE fleet of free loaner cars, BMW's, to use in the duration of the service appointment.
I loved my previous BMW which was totaled in a wreck, so buying this car was more than just a sales transaction. The salesman understood that and got us into a car that eased the pain of losing the other one. They are no-nonsense, which is extremely important to me, but they were fun and easy to deal with at the same time. they worked hard to get us a deal we could live with, and even after we had agreed on the terms, they found us a better finance rate which lowered our payments even more.
