Always Great Support - Excellent Service Rep I go to Encinitas BMW because of Mike Voiles (BMW Service Rep). Besides the strong technical support of their mechanics, Mike Voiles is one of the best auto repair service reps that I?ve encountered in my 40 yrs of car ownership/repairs. He is responsive, communicative, reliable, considerate and extremely fair. He goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are supported and satisfied.

A Service Department with REAL Customer Service! Recently I had a Service Light come on in my 2018 BMW X5. I had a limited amount of time where I could have it serviced as I needed to both drop off my wife and pick her up a Doctor's Appointment and needed to complete the entire service process in one hour.
