Excellent All Way Around I had to trade in an upside down X5 and rode out in a new 335 coupe/loaded. The dealer and manager were excellent. I was up front, they were up front, we were all happy. Go here to purchase and you won't be sorry.
Definitely put the customer first! I had to arrive late during the week to test drive a car I was interested in. Although it was dark and late the sales guy was very patient, and let me drive a few different cars. Then the entire team (sales & finance) stayed until 11 pm to get the deal wrapped up! Even though it was so late the finance guy was awesome and still in a great mood! I even offered to come back the next day but they were dedicated to getting the deal done for me. Disappointed PRO: Determined there was a problem with the vehicle. CON: Poor response and no response when there was an issue with their repair work. It?s been a week and I still have not received a response.
Terrible Experience I bought a 2 year old certified pre owned BMW here in December and paid top dollar because it was a rare car that I had been looking for for a long time. I noticed that the car had had the front and rear bumpers painted, and though I noticed the paint work wasn't very good I understand that it's a used car and it won't be perfect. Waste of time I've tried twice to get numbers on a car they have via email with no response. I'd recommend using a different dealership like I will.

Never again Ben who I worked with at Encinitas BMW said he?d get back to me and never did on updates. He?d call out when I?d call with apology and said I?d be the first person to work on. I?d still have to follow up. Number of excuses that the people on the floor were more important than me.
2005 BMW 330i Maintenance Mr. Keith Sherman, Service Advisor is the primary reason I continue to have a 16 year old vehicle serviced by a dealer.
