Predatory or disorganized! I have been leasing BMWs since 2007. And I basically dealt with most dealerships in San Diego. This has been by far the worst experience I have had with a BMW dealership! On the surface, they are extremely nice and they promise you the moon. They are not rough and standoffish. Instead, they are all smiles and are very “accommodating to your needs”. Awful experience with leasing I just completed a 3-year lease of a 2016 435i that I leased from this company. Upon return the car had 11,552 miles on it and was in superb condition. Nothing beyond what a reasonable person would think a 3-year old car with this low level of mileage would have. Nonetheless, they "nit-picked" some VERY minor scratches in a couple of places (e.g. bottom of front bumper) and charged me an extra $400. I consider this a rip-off that reflects badly on not only this dealer but BMW overall.

Worst car service experience by far BMW of Encinitas was by far, the worse car service experience, i have ever had. From very horrible customer service, and incompetent personnel, with a very uninvolved attitude all around. They will steal your money! They will steal your money! They even tried to sell me a BMW where the A/C wasn't working! I purchased a CPO BMW i3 back in Feb 2017. I was pressured into purchasing their extended maintenance warranty. They said I could cancel whenever I wanted for a full refund. I started down the quest of canceling the extended warranty just a couple weeks later. It is now August 2018 and I have been trying to get my refund ever since. broken certified car and broken service I bought a certified M4 with engine light on, since I have to go back to San Jose on that day, I did not do the repair in the dealership. I was told that I could check this issue in local BMW. When I check this out in BMW Steven creek last week, it was caused by broken wires near the engine(most likely caused by rodent damage) with a repair quote of 2900 dollars. Do not trust Do not trust these guys. We bought out our lease from them and were pushed into an extended maintenance package because we were told we needed new breaks and rotors now or very soon. The guy even stated that we would be able to get these done twice before the package expired, he said they could change them as often as they wanted (not true they are limited by BWM, do not fall for this trick). I'd like to review my X3 but... I bought a 2018 X3 with just about every feature and package available in early December 2017. The sales team was a little pushy but still very courteous. Overall, the sales process was just shy of enjoyable. The sales team was knowledgeable and really enjoyed the product they were selling. I loved my vehicle, for about 3 weeks.
