"Preventative Maintenance" I had to make a second trip but everything worked out well. Thank you. Short and sweet. Twenty five words is too long for me .
"Recall service" Factory recall for door lock and fuel system calibration service. Very efficient and timely visit to the service department.Chris Paynter was as always a joy to work with on service issues.

"Overall great experience" Salesman and managers very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Was not pressured at all and feel like I got a fair price. Only negative was the time it took to paper the deal. I would definitely buy from them again.
"Always a great experience!" I've been a customer at this dealership since 2002 (that's 16 years!) when I bought my first BMW 3 series. Now 4 BMW vehicles later, I have not gone to any other place for service and/or repairs. I like the Service Reps that I have had in the past and present with Ron McCarty. Ron is very knowledgeable on BMWs. He even knows more than I do..lol
"Outstanding!!!" Always a pleasure at this dealership! They treat you as a valued customer, not just a number! They treat everyone with respect, regardless of gender. I went to one dealership that I felt, treat me less than, because I was a female...not here!
"Airbag recall" David was very friendly and took us to the mall while the work was being done, and came and picked us up. Rick spent a lot of time with us as well. Very good experience.
"Timely and clear" Time commitments were met and service was fully explained. Friendly as well. Waiting area was clean and neat. Chris was the cashier and that was satisfactory.
