"Win-win experience!" He figured out the right car for our wants and needs. We test drove a BMW and a Mercedes, then bought the right car. We felt informed and all questions were addressed. Bill was wonderful to work with, as was everyone we met.
"Outstanding Service on the MB" Took the MB in for wiper replacement and adjustment and also for a cleaning of the air conditioning system to eliminate odor. Easy to drop off for service the night before after closing and car was ready on time the next day with no delays. Chris provided advice on how to prevent a repeat of the problem we encountered with the A/C system. Touch up paint stick that I needed for minor rock hit was ordered and delivered today ahead of schedule. Outstanding service!
