"AWESOME customer service" Ron is always extremely helpful and communicates everything in a timely manner. All other employees are great and always offer water or friendly conversation. Great place!

"Excellent service at Luxury Imports of Bowling Green" I always have an excellent experience in working with the BMW service department at Luxury Imports. I usually deal with Ron McCarty, who is the consummate professional. Sometime, Chris Paynter helps me and he does a similarly excellent job. The quality of service I receive from Luxury Imports is the primary consideration in my choice to do business there.

"The Turners" Very friendly staff and knowable of both Mercedes and BMW. They were not pushy and I appreciated that. Easy to work with on answering all our questions. Bill Moore and Shaun Duncan were great to work with on our purchase.

"Repairs in Rover " Kept me updated and informed on cost, when they received the parts and when it would be completed. Answered all questions in a timely manor. They even got the repairs done sooner than first stated. Plus the washed and vacuumed it out! Very pleased!!

"Okay, I was impressed. " Previous experience had been with BMW of Nashville. Had been frustrated with some of mechanical problems of the vehicle. When I talked with the service advisor (Ron) he was forthright and provided potential solutions to solve the mechanical problems before bringing the vehicle in for service. He provided a process to solve the problem, as well as providing a process to bring the vehicle up to current stats. Very impressed with the knowledge and transparency of the organization.
