"service" Chris Paynter, Mercedes service manager, is the reason I remain loyal to this dealership. He is dependable, hardworking, fun and awesome to work with! He is my primary point of contact for all things.
"Great Service" I am always greeted and my needs are giiven their full attention. Prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about their product. They never disappoint. Service is awesome.
"Tire alignment" Helpful and courteous as usual! Ron always takes care of us. He even called us back as we were traveling as quick as he could (although extremely busy)to answer our question and try to find a local BMW dealer where we were traveling!

"Superb Dealership" This BMW dealership is extremely attentive to the customer and fulfills all expectations of a pleasurable experience when purchasing an automobile. Highly recommend. I’ve also used this dealership for service on another BMW I own. Their service Dept is superior to any other. Patient and genuinely care.
"Air Suspension leak" Chris is always very helpful and friendly and the service work is always top notch, we had a leak in the air suspension system, dropped off the car about 10:00 am and Chris called that day with pricing and to say the parts were in stock, and had our GL 450 fixed the next morning. If you have a Mercedes I would recommend Luxury Imports of Bowling Green, they are Great.
"Pleasant" Visit was pleasant although the service took more time than I had allocated. No regrets as I know Ron McCarty only wants the best outcome for the vehicle.
"Good service" I've never come away unhappy. Ron is the best! I have purchased from BMW and Mercedes from Bowling Green and continue to use their service for my vehicle.
"Great service " Salesman and General Manager were great to work with! Best and easiest car buying I have ever experienced! The dealership is great just not as happy as I though I would be with my vehicle choice!
