I just leased a new 328 BMW with Jamie McCoy. He's an excellent salesperson and worked hard to understand my needs and set me up with the right car. He was very helpful and pointed out ways to take advantage of savings being offered through BMW. Some people enjoy the car buying experience, but I hate it and Jamie took all the misery out of the process for me. He's a great guy and I would recommend contacting him at BMW of Peabody, if you are interested in a new car.
Kaitlyn was a real pleasure to work with. From start to finish she was professional, courteous, friendly, honest and help us decide which vehicle was more convenient for us, in miles, year and price. I recently purchased a used Volkswagen Jetta from BMW of Peabody. This was a low value transaction for the dealership but I certainly felt as though I was being treated as if I was buying a $95,000 BMW M5! Nothing but good things to say about my salesman Michael Bonacorso and Dan Chase, the business manager.
Chris was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful when ordering my new 2014 X-3. He kept me informed from the time he submitted my order through receiving the vehicle. He spent all the time I needed to be comfortable before driving away from the dealership in my new car. This is the second time I have ordered a vehicle from him and I am sure I will continue to call upon him when needed!
I went to bmw of Peabody and had a wonderful experience dealing with Jamie Mccoy. I recently purchased a low mileage pre-owned minivan from BMW of Peabody and had an overall positive experience. The pre-owned sales manager went out of his way to deliver the car on his weekend off. I had a minor issue identified after the sale which was promptly addressed with no hassle.
