Due to previous car-buying experiences, I could not help but feel apprehensive and skeptical over the whole process. Having said that, I could not actually feel good/excited about buying my first BMW until the actual car buying process was over. I actually did have some minor problems with the vehicle but after contacting Jaime, he proved to be responsive by making arrangements to take care of the issues and seeing it through, all this after the sale was complete. -Charles
I recently purchased a used 2006 Chrysler Crossfire in April 2013 from this dealership. This was an out of state purchase for me. Kaitlyn was an exceptional sales person from the start. She was fair, honest, and upfront from the start and made the purhcasing of our new BMW not only smooth, but made the process easy. When a minor issue arose regarding the particular model, Kaitlyn was upfront and took every step possible to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. I can't say enough about her, and the other employees at Peabody BMW. I will certainly return to the dealer in the future.

We purchased our X5 after leasing it for 3 years. You are required to surrender the vehicle for inspection and service for an intermittent 3 day period. In this time we were provided a rental. When we picked up our car it was so clean it looked and smelled brand new, on the inside and out. I can't say enough about my level of satisfaction!

I visited BMW Peabody this week and met Jamie. I began the search for a CPO BMW. It is without question that Jamie is sincerely interested in what is best for me and my family.
