I've been a customer at BMW of Peabody for about 10 years now. My first experience with BMW of Peabody was with my second BMW, which I did not purchase from them, but had A LOT of problems with the car. This was the second BMW dealership I visited, and had such a horrible experience at the first that I was extremely hesitant to even visit a second. Just a purchased a certified used 328i, working with Tony Kennedy and the entire experience could not have been more enjoyable. Tony helped pick out the "perfect" car for me- his advice, knowledge and honest demeanor made the search so easy! On delivery, the time spent acquainting me with the vehicle again was so thorough. This dealership is over 90 miles from my home but it was certainly worth the drive!
