Rick came to the rescue when i entered a very busy BMW dealership. I asked the service desk what the process was for test driving a car. Tony was extremely courteous and helpful with the dealings of buying a new car. He was particularly helpful with a Bluetooth issue I encountered. Once the issue was cleared, he followed-up with a phone call to ensure satisfaction.

This is my fifth time purchaseing a new car and a second new BMW. Just picked up my new X3 today and it is one of the best car shopping experiences I had.
