Recently my brand new to me CPO BMW experienced some problems with interior elements. I was in a different section of the state from where I had purchased the car and brought the vehicle to BMW of Peabody for warranty work. I worked with service advisor Anthony who was exceptional. He took care of the necessary repairs, as well as arranged for other maintenance service to be performed while I was there to save me another trip. The process was painless and the customer service was excellent.
I wasn't sure about the car/s I drove at first but I was sure I could work with Jaime. He knows the goods and has patience.
Jamie McCoy was a pleasure to work with through the whole car shopping/purchasing experience. This is our third purchase from BMW of Peabody but the first with Jamie.
