That was an exceptionally pleasant experience doing a car purchase business with Kaitlyn Bunnell. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, eager to address the slightest concern. John Cotter was a great dealer to work with. He has Irish Charm, very friendly. He was informative about my BMWx1. He explained from soup to nuts how to start the car, how to adjust windows, seats radio, blue tooth, ect..... My car is 14 years old so there was alot of up dating for me to catch up on. He did not make me feel like an idiot for never using a square key, or readjusting to a new gear shift. He was a great teacher and made me feel comfortable to call him with any questions. I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from BMW of Peabody and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. My salesman (John Cotter) was great to deal with; very friendly, extremely knowledgable about the car, and not a hint of high pressure sales tactics. I'm very picky regarding things that I own and the dealership really outdid themselves prepping the car to have it meet and even exceed my high expectations! I bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW X5 with the excellent assistance of salesperson Jason Fitzgerald. I looked all over the region, even in NY and CT -- and found the overall package and treatment I received from BMW Peabody and Jason was the best. They were thorough and there was never that uncomfortable feeling you sometimes get at other dealerships.
