Looking for a new car can be very stressful if done at the wrong place or with the wrong sale adviser; the thing is that you never know until you know ;). That can be a painful process. Bought my 3rd BMW, 2nd CPO, first time at BMW of Peabody, and definitely not the last. I worked with Jamie who at first introduction was friendly and easy to work with. He listened to me, rare quality in a man, did not try to push anything just to make a sale. He offered good advice and I felt Jamie truly cared about me, not the sale. Jamie McCoy had leased my 328 and help me purchase the vechile after the lease was up.Through out the process of leasing and then buying,Jamie was professional and honest to see that everything that was agreed on was carried out.Jamie is what all dealerships should have representing them.

Kaitlyn was the best dealer I have been to throughout my process of looking for a car. This was my first car so I did not know a whole lot about purchasing one. She was very patient and new everything about ever car in the lot! She was also very friendly so I felt comfortable asking a lot of questions. If anyone is is thinking about getting a BMW not only sm I recommending BMW of Peabody, I am recommending they see Kaitlyn!

Simple answer is Jamie McCoy loves his job and it shows. We bought two BMW's in the span of 4 months and Jamie is the reason for our great experience with BMW Peabody. From demo's to the "deal" to delivery he made it a truly enjoyable experience. And let's face it, buying a new care can be as trying as a root canal. Not with Jamie! My experience with your dealership has been mostly because of Jamie McCoy. His professionilism and caring way has made my experience bring me back again and for the 3rd time purchasing a BMW. The new X1 on the recommendation of Mr. mcCoy you are lucky to have a person like Jamie in your organization. There are so many words but what sums it all is the character of Jamie McCoy.

My senior sales person was Michael Bonacorso. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was purchasing and was very helpful in asisting me in which use BMW was best for my needs. Mr. Bonacorso was prompt and flexible in getting my car ready for pick up. He was a gentleman and a pleasure to work with.

We had a first rate sales experience with Jay Fitzgerald. He was courteous and took us through the sale with lots of good information, answers to our questions and was very patient with us. He kept us informed of the delivery of our vehicle, and went through the workings of the features of our car when we took delivery. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends to see Jay for their new BMW.
