Great overall experience especially since buying not only first bimmer but also first used car. Shayne was really helpful and was always available to answer any questions. They worked hard to make the deal and really worked with me to get me to a payment I was comfortable, and even stayed well past closing time. Will be back in the future hopefully to buy a new one next time.

My wife and I were treated like royalty by all the staff at BMW of Visalia, and our sales associate Shayne Roberts was extremely knowledgeable about the products on the lot. He patiently and expertly tutored us on the awesome features and qualities of the car we wanted, and was completely professional and forthcoming about every detail of the purchase. This dealership has an Accessible, fair, direct, and honest staff. They have good follow-up. I know I will be able to contact them if I need any help with my new purchase. Will do business with them again in the future.

We experienced a very friendly service but I am not convinced that we paid a fair price for our vehicle. The service department is excellent though!!

I bought a used BMW today. No pressure, no back and forth negotiating, just a very comfortable sales process. I would highly recommend this dealership and it's staff. I bought the car for me and my wife drove it home to Fresno. I think my wife is now in love with my BMW. I will be going back to BMW of Visalia for another one soon. Went to the BMW dealership "just to look" went home in a 2009 740LI !!! Great car, great experience, not a fan of the typical "salesman" but Ed Fuentes was patient, friendly, (not pushy) and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately for Ed he had to repeat himself several times....Lots of BELLS and WHISTLES on the BMW. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very laid back and great to deal with. Would hightly recommend!!!

Just brought my first bimmer at the Bmw of Visalia. After weeks of car searching in the central valley, I finally found the right car for the right price. Everyone at the dealership were very friendly specially the owner and the salesman (Shayne) that helped me. I didn't have the best of credit but they were still able to help me get me approved. If your looking for your first or next bimmer I would highly recommend Bmw of Visalia and ask for Shayne the salesman you won't be disappointed.

I recently purchased a 2009 BMW 328i. My overall experience was positive and the sales staff provided excellent friendly service. Plus, the Finance Department provided extraordinary efforts with financing my vehicle. This is my second vehicle to purchase from Surroz. Again, the dealership welcomed me with a friendly atmosphere, making me feel comfortable during the purchase of my vehicle.

Very good customer service. Shayne was very friendly and answered all my questions I had about the car. I was in and out of there in 5 hours. Had a really good car buying experience!
