I came in about a month ago and started speaking with Shayne Roberts about a used BMW. I was thinking about a 3 series, but after spending several hours learning about the cars, and speaking with Shayne and the manager, Mike, I landed on an amazing 2011 535. I dealt orginally with salesman Frank and then Shayne- My experience with both was excellent. However, after concluding over the phone what i thought was a final deal with Mike Castro (SM) (after many days of negotiating), I went to the dealership and was greeted by finance person Brad, whom began reducing the amount of my trade (eventually giving the original quote after he "called a few wholesalers", surprised me with a higher interest rate and even through in GAP insurance whithout asking me. Great great experience. I hate car shopping/buying... the pressure, the haggling, wondering if you are being taken advantage of, etc. However, the guys at Visalia BMW did a wonderful job. I had initially planned to shop around, as I was undecided between a BMW, Lexus, or an Infinity.
