Service repair My service guy Alex Flinn was really good. I had my vehicle in for repairs. A little pricey but the repair work was fantastic. Recommend this dealership.

Great service and no pressure sale! We had a great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville. Everyone there was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Brian Colston was great and went above and beyond to take care of us while we waited for the people ahead of us to finish up in the finance office to sign paperwork
