BMW Service Department is best in class!!! The purchase was just a foreshadowing of how dedicated the folks at Bill Jacobs BMW really are. Serviced All around great service department. They even come to you house and drop off a loaner vehicle. My maintenance is covered for the first 3 years. This has been a great BMW experience. Alex Flinn at Bill Jacobs BMW is great to work with.
Repair Alex Flinn was very helpful in fixing my older 3-series. I had to pass emissions and the technician that fixed my car was good too. I have my new sticker now and good to go.
