You could really tell he knew what he was doing and showed best interest in the customer. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Great car dealer experience Our first BMW purchase and probably won’t be our last. David Reynoso, our sales advisor and the whole team including Mark in the sales department were very low pressure and easy to work with. With cars very hard to find right now and many dealerships marking up prices, Bill Jacob’s was not. We totaled our previous car and were a little worried about finding a replacement, they were able to help us get what we wanted
