"Great experience for the first time. " I love the fact that our experience was efficient and quick. I have been buying cars for 30 years and hate that the process takes so long. I highly recommend them. I will be returning to them in a few months for another car.
"They found a cost effective solution to a complex problem" The convertible top on my low mileage '99 M3 had issues going up and down. Rubber straps inside were stretched out. They took the time and used the initiative to apply a fix borrowed from earlier model convertible tops and saved me a lot of money. Ken Darmanin guided the process to apply the most experienced resources to solving my problem, and do what was best for me, the customer.
"Great Dealer" The dealership is by far one of the better bmw dealers and the sales woman Angela was very helpful and made the process stress free. The detail team or whoever preps the car did a horrible job and fixing whatever bodywork they were supposed to fix and the inside of the car had a lot of dust. Also one of the techs takes no pride in what he does and just slapped the inspection sticker on at a 45degree angle and not straight and proper. But the Sales team is top notch.
"Efficient Service in repairing my X3" Much appreciation to Mitch Silver and the Competition Service Team for providing excellent customer care. I was unable to complete all needed repairs at my first appointment in the beginning of the month due to needing the vehicle for a short vacation.
