"Ac not working" April 23,18 ac wasn’t working . Service department said ,went they build the car they forgot to add Freon.june 18,18 ac wasn’t getting cool again . I called up service department and they wanted me to wait a week to bring my car in for service. After getting a manager on the phone he ask if I can bring the car in that afternoon which I said yes. After a few days the manager called to tell me it will be 5 to 7 days to get a evaporator for the ac from Germany.I was satisfied with the repair o the ac I just hop... read more
"Excellent" Car was ready when promised. My car was in for a recall. The letter I got from BMW said it would take three hours to complete. It was done in 2 1/2 hours.
