"Work on our car" Mitch was good and professional however my husbands cane was not put back in the car and a piece of the frame on driver's side was missing. Mitch said he would order us a new part. We haven't heard about cane as of now.
"Excellent service and follow up" I was new to BMW and was treated wonderfully from the first time I visited the dealership to the time I picked up my new car. My sales representative, Antonella Martinis, was very helpful when I selected the car and Helga Carroll, business manager, clearly explained all my options.
