"Work on our car" Mitch was good and professional however my husbands cane was not put back in the car and a piece of the frame on driver's side was missing. Mitch said he would order us a new part. We haven't heard about cane as of now.
"Excellent service and follow up" I was new to BMW and was treated wonderfully from the first time I visited the dealership to the time I picked up my new car. My sales representative, Antonella Martinis, was very helpful when I selected the car and Helga Carroll, business manager, clearly explained all my options. "Excellent Experience" My wife and myself were treated like kings. When the banks computer went down, and we needed to wait, we were treated to lunch by the manager. All around wonderful experience. Justin is a courteous young man.
