"warranty servicing of problem" I dealt with Ken Darmanin and he was great. I had a computer glitch in the door ajar system. Ken took care to fully explain to the service department in writing exactly what the problem was. He kept me abreast of the time frame and made sure I was alright with the loaner. Good job!

"Good communication. On time." Jackie Ruggiero got my service call started a few minutes after arrival. I asked her to check on a question I had on my car's tires and she said that she would check. She indicated the service would take around one and a half hour. Within minutes of one and a half hours, Jackie found me in the comfortable customer lounge. She let me know the answer to my tire question and I was on my way. The car had been washed, paper mats put on the floor and looked great. On time and professional!
