My wife and I went to Smithtown BMW to get information on the X3. We sat down with Antonella Martinis and she went over all the packages the SUV has. She gave me a test drive with my wife and I was very pleased with the way the X3 handled. We asked her to get us a lease quote for 36 months sign and drive option. My buying experience at Competition BMW was as seamless as could be. I called to confirm the vehicle was still there and drove 1.5 hours to test drive it. Coming to the end of my lease... and had my 4 Series in for service... I was greeted with professional staffing and smiling faces from everyone there. Kenneth discussed what was needed for the service and then given a end time and a loaner car. Kenneth called when the car was ready.. before the time i needed it... and went back to pick up my serviced and washed car. Everything in good shape and clean.. Do recommend this dealer for both new and pre owned cars and definitely service..

My service manager,Rudy Alanis went above and beyond to get to the root cause of my problem and get it fixed AND covered by BMW, even though my warantee had recently expired (by date, not by mileage) He tried to make it as painless a process as possible.

Total experience of leasing a new BMW was very good. Angela Lavrenchik was very responsive and extremely helpful. Dealership needs to pay more attention to administrative detail for out of state (CT in my case) buyers.
