Service advisor Jackie was friendly and professional. She explained all procedures and the car was ready promptly. The other employees in the service dept. we're also friendly and helpful.
Outstanding customer service. When repairs went through the weekend was accommodating with a larger vehicle due to my family size. Ross went out of his way to make my family happy. First service with Competition. Well done!!

Very helpful very polite and on the money. They were wonderful I had my loaner car ready for me when I got there I asked if I can have a truck since I’m driving X5 and I was accommodated.
