This is my fourth BMW since 2005 and it is always a pleasure to deal with the representatives in the service department. They go out of their way to make things convenient and pleasurable. And the service people take wonderful care of my car and it always comes back clean and shiny Wonderful customer service with a smile

Scheduled my last service on my BMW.. before my lease is up. When i arrived at the dealership.. was greeted immediately and taken care of right away. I met my new service writer Kenneth Darmanin and taken over to his desk. He looked up my information, checked my vehicle and told me what service would be needed on my vehicle. My wife and I are very satisfied with our new X5. The driving experience is beyond our expectations. The entire purchase experience was pleasant, friendly, and professional. I returned to Competition BMW of Smithtown to lease my 2018 X3, due to my great experience when leasing my 2016 BMW 428i Convertible with John Oliveira back in 2016. Everything was accomplished smoothly to get into my newly leased 2018 BMW X3, just as it was in 2016 to lease my 2016 BMW 428i.

Took time to find the hidden problem. I was charged fairly as the diagnostic took more than expected. Even tho I had cleared the codes which would have made the diagnostic easier.
