We had our 2011 BMW 3series serviced at this dealership after using another for the last 6 years. All the people in the service department were friendly and very competent. All the needed repairs and the costs were thoroughly explained.

Bought a new 2018 x3 bmw after signing the final papers at approximately 6:30 at nite I was unable to inspect the exterior of the car . The next day I noticed two small impressions on the rear bumper. I immediately called my salesperson to inform him of the damage.It took almost a month to get the part. every week I called and was told that the part was ordered but the following week no one knew what was going on . My experience with Competition BMW was very pleasant and sales associate John Oliviera was extremely knowledgable and very helpful, as were other employees I had interaction with during sales process, I would have given this dealership five stars but for inordinately long amount of time my wife and I needed to wait for our car to be readied for pick up.
