smithtown BMW is always efficient and helpful! Greg Box always follows up with care to be sure all work done was excellent. I also appreciate that they deliver the loaner car when my car is being serviced.
The only problem I had was the loaner car was without any gas and I put $20.00 in and spoke with the assistant service manager and he was suppose to send me back the money laid out. It has been a while and I have not heard back when I will receive it. Other than that Rudy was great and the service was wonderful. Allan markoff
Competition BMW had the best selection of CPO cars on the web. I made an appointment with Angela Lavrenchik and was very pleased with all aspects of the process. She and her associates made everything easy and I received an excellent no hassle price. This is my seventh car from Competition BMW since 1991. For sales and service they treat you right.
I purchased a CPO from a different dealer since Competition BMW didn't have the model with the color and options that I wanted?Unfortunately that dealer was in a state that didn't required an emission test until the car was older? When I took it to a local gas station to get my NYS inspection,I was told the car was not “ready”? I purchased ab OBD II scanner to make sure my car was ready for the emission test? 200 miles later and numerous drive cycles, my car was ready. But now the scanner showed a caution sign.
