Made the appointment in advance to secure a loaner. Everything went smoothly and Greg kept me up to date throughout the process. The only minor issue was after a software update I lost some vehicle settings which I redid. Not a big deal though. Been going there a few years and I am pleased with the service.
Wonderful and helpful service. I wish he told me earlier when will the loaner's car will be ready. I wish we could have finished fixing the car faster.

Greg went out of his way to help me with my car that I had purchased from another small auto sales company. He checked it out from top to bottom and let me know what I was dealing with. He also was persistent with the insurance company from whom we had purchased a warranty policy from in order to try to get the issues covered. Thumbs up to Greg and I will be back!
This is my first BMW and competition was amazing with everything from test driving the car, to finalizing my lease. Antonella was so helpful and tried everything that she could to make my price as low as possible. They have a really great lounge to wait in if necessary, and the staff is all very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to others, especially to work with Antonella!
As always Greg is a real class act! Great service from both Greg and all of staff who are respectful and courteous. It is quite apparent that all of the employees work together to make the visit pleasurable and service department run smoothly!
